J6: Strongholds
EQ: What is a stronghold? Where do they come from?

• Here is a quick description. Do a quick internet search and see what else you find. Record a brief definition of stronghold.
• How do these work in our lives? How would you relate this idea to Caroline Leaf's concept with the "trees" in our brains?
• Most negative strongholds lie in the way we see ourselves or God. Can you name any strongholds that you may have in your own life? 
• Do you believe we can create positive strong holds? What would you learn to believe if you could? How would that affect you?
