Today we finish watching Beauty and the Beast. Keep a list of places where Beauty has a sense of agency as #5 on Journal 17.

After the movie, work with a partner on Journal 18:

Talk with the ladies next to you. Come up with your top five Disney princesses when it comes to the criteria of a good role model. For each of your top five, record a 3-5 sentence description of why you chose this princess as a good role model for young women.
If you have time, explore other Disney princesses available on Netflix. View one or many pieces of other movies as you have time. Add some notes to Journal 18.
